Businesses are categorized by type. Thousands of businesses are listed, making it very useful.

It is published in March of each year.

60,000 copies are distributed to hundreds of the largest horse related stores on the west coast, as well as to 50 of the largest shows in California, Oregon, Nevada and Washington. No other publication is used or kept for as long as a yearly directory. Equestrians turn to the Directory to find products and services. Any business not appearing in this directory is losing money to the competition.
